OTD Community is a community-based Non-Profit located in Hayward, California.
Our goal is to offer basketball skills development, counseling, emotional intelligence, social and emotional
wellness for the youth.
We hope that by targeting and elevating extremely low-income areas we can create a positive effect on communities throughout the east bay.
